Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Mercy – Progressive Care Unit - FT Nights - Charlotte, NC, United States. Location & Unit 4 South is a 20-bed adult Progressive Care / Step Down ICU unit. Patients in the PCU tend to have complex, chronic diseases and require complex nursing skills with diagnoses including sepsis, renal failure, respiratory failure, DKA, and intervention with titratable drips. Schedule Full time. 36 hours per week. FT nights: three 12‑hour shifts, weekends and holidays. Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30. Role As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
