Job Description The Project Manager will lead assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. This individual will operate with significant autonomy, managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and field coordination. Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects Lead subcontractor procurement and relationship management Oversee project schedules, budgets, monthly cost tracking, and reporting Coordinate closely with field teams and project engineers Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and financial documentation Ensure project completion meets quality standards, timelines, and profitability goals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
