Senior Document Controller

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a document controller sitting in the Ridgeland, MS area. Our client is seeking a highly organized Project Support Coordinator to provide procurement, vendor management, document control, and project coordination support for capital projects. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve procurement and contract-related issues while ensuring project documentation is accurately maintained and easily accessible. The role will be responsible for managing records, tracking project documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting project execution activities throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience with Entergy processes, Maximo, and document management systems, along with the ability to independently drive tasks to completion. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft OneNote are critical for success in this position.
