What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and coordinating resident care services
• Assessing resident health needs and responding to changes in condition
• Developing and updating individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and clinical interventions
• Supporting nursing assistants and collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Ensuring accurate charting and compliance with nursing standards

Qualifications

Required

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum one year of Long-Term Care experience

Preferred

• Skilled Nursing or rehabilitation experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation

• Full-Time & Part-Time (Benefits Eligible): $33.46-$34.04/hour
• PRN/On-Call: $43.00/hour + shift differentials
• Additional differentials available for eligible shifts
