HVAC Accounts Receivable Associate

A successful AR associate should be familiar with basic businessaccounting procedures and have a flair for numbers to the point of reconcilingevery penny. Generateand distribute accurate invoices for HVAC (New Construction, Service andinstallations). Reviewwork orders and service reports to ensure accurate billing. Processincoming payments and record them in the accounting system. Maintainand update customer billing records and account information. Monitoraccounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timelypayments. Respondto customer inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve discrepancies. Month-endand year-end closing processes. Performs other related duties as assigned Customer Service: Provideexcellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concernsrelated to purchasing, scheduling, and billing. Ensurea positive customer experience by maintaining clear and professionalcommunication. Answerincoming Service calls as needed and coordinate and schedule HVAC servicesand installations for customers. Workclosely with the dispatcher and Service Manager to align schedules withproject requirements. Communicatescheduling details and changes to customers and internal teams promptly. Maintainand update the service schedule in the company’s management software Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Schedule: 8 hourshift Dayshift Mondayto Friday Abilityto Commute: Round Rock, TX 78664 Requirements Qualifications: Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in businessadministration, accounting, or related field preferred. Experience: 2years of related experience in scheduling, billing, or a related field;experience in the HVAC industry is a plus. Skills: Proficiencyin accounting and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) as well as ourproprietary software program. Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities. Excellentcommunication and customer service skills. Attentionto detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Strongproblem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accountingprocedures including GAAP Bilingualis a plus Communication: Clearand professional communication with suppliers, customers, and internalteams.
