Requirements Must have a CNA license. At least 1 year of caregiving experience. Must have CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications. Negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray. Must obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling as required by client mobility.
