Extensive professional development and education programs, including the opportunity to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner Commuter Benefits include pre-tax savings on public transportation passes and parking WHAT OUR TRANSPORTATION ASSOCIATES DO: Drive the van in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner Assist residents in and out of the van at all times Properly secure equipment including wheelchairs Maintain a clean driving record REQUIREMENTS: License requirements : Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Must be able to be insured insured by community auto insurance (26+ years of age). Endorsement: License must have F endorsement or individual must have a CDL (talk to us about obtaining this, if needed) Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
