This role requires strong leadership, financial awareness, and the ability to align people, process, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of HVAC and Plumbing teams to ensure timely project completion and service callsEffectively communicate expectations and accountability to branch teammates to increase revenue, manage workload and job costs, and achieve production and margin objectivesPromote customer satisfaction through high-quality service and a 5-star experience at every customer touch point, maintaining a minimum Google rating of 4.8Monitor job schedules, labor costs, and resource allocation to drive optimal performanceManage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance of the departmentMonitor and drive KPIs, including revenue, close rates, average ticket, productivity, and marginsFoster a positive, accountable, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulationsEnsure high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectationsImplement quality control measures to maintain industry standards and protect the company's reputationOversee and ensure proper use of field service platforms such as ServiceTitanServe as the primary operational leader and point person for the branchWhat We're Looking ForFive (5)+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential HVAC and/or PlumbingStrong understanding of service, installation, sales, and operational best practicesDemonstrated success managing P&L in a residential service environmentAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionHighly organized with strong operational disciplineStrong communicator who can motivate teams and hold them accountableExperience leading through growth and change preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLeadership development and growth opportunities within a growing platformIf you're ready to build teams, drive results, and lead a branch to the next level — we're ready to talk.
