Intensive Case Manager - Housing & Wraparound Services

HELP of Southern Nevada is seeking a New Beginnings Intensive Case Manager to provide direct intensive case management for chronically unhoused adults and to help move clients into long‑term housing. You will conduct intake, build individualized case plans, review progress, and connect clients with essential services and resources through HELP and partner agencies. The role requires collaboration with the AHP Supervisor, data entry in HMIS, and maintaining audit‑ready files while upholding #J-18808-Ljbffr Help-of-Southern-Nevada
