Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule: Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Our client is an innovative financial technology company helping individuals save for life's most important goals, including retirement, education, and healthcare expenses. They are seeking a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join their Scottsdale team and deliver exceptional support to advisors, plan sponsors, and clients.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
• Support a portfolio of advisors and plan sponsors, ensuring servicing and administrative needs are met.
• Troubleshoot client issues, resolve service requests, and manage support tickets from initial contact through resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Participate in client conference calls and provide updates on account status and issue remediation.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all client interactions and account updates within internal systems.
• Assist with escalated client concerns and work with Legal and Compliance teams when needed.
• Share client feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous customer service, client support, account coordination, or call center experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating and managing service tickets
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Financial services, retirement services, or fintech experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
