Provide administrative and operational support for a growing U.S.-based business. Coordinate office setup, vendor communications, compliance-related documentation, insurance administration, recruitment support, and general office operations to ensure efficient business activities and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
- Serve as the primary contact for landlords, property managers, insurance providers, government agencies, and external vendors.
- Assist with office establishment, facility management, and maintenance of business records and documentation.
- Support insurance applications, renewals, and related compliance processes.
- Coordinate licensing, permit, and registration requirements for business operations.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of administrative procedures.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents as assigned.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and perform other duties as needed.
- Previous administrative, office coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Bilingual ability (English and Mandarin Chinese) is a plus.
