CDL A Drivers Run Dedicated Home Weekly Earning $113K+/Yr (Full Time) Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guaranteed salary extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). A driver’s average pay is $2,190/WK with deliveries running the Northeast. Full benefits after 60 days and the driver will have 3-5 days of training on the account. Drivers will be home weekly (NOT GUARANTEED WEEKENDS) and may take trucks home but must have a secure place to park. You can also bring a rider or a pet after completing training.

Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average about 900–1,200 miles per week and complete three loads. Drivers will make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1–35 lb on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck. When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When the week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load. Orientation will take place in Dayton and is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals and you are paid $85/Day for orientation. Training is generally 3–5 days. You will either double‑bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer. Neither option can be guaranteed so you MUST be willing to go with either option. Training is paid at the daily rate. After training you may bring a rider and a dog with you while you run. Experience can be local, regional or OTR. CDL must be in state of current residence when you apply. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following, which you may not have in the last three years: None with a major traffic violation Preventable rear‑end No rollovers Cannot have been terminated from most recent job for any reason. Company goes off what employer states on the verification. You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ pts Reckless Following too closely Texting or using handheld device THIS IS ONLY FOR PERSONAL VEHICLE.
