Maintenance Machinist

Maintenance CNC MachinistOur client, a well-known cosmetic company, is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team in Blaine, Minnesota. Responsible for designing the parts to be made. Responsible for machining parts and components to support manufacturing needs. Combines CAD/CAM design with small batch, mixed production hands-on machining using CNC milling and slant bed lathes, welding, and troubleshooting of mechanical issues. Location: Blaine, MN 55449 1st | Mon-Fri | 7am-3:30pm Pay Range: $22-$38/HRWhat's in it for you?Paid trainingFull time hoursClean and safe work environmentParking on-siteRestaurant on-siteWhat will you be doing?Ability to set up and operate manual and CNC(Hurco) machining equipment (mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.)Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.Ability to design and produce parts to precise specifications.Create and send component drawings to 3rd party machining as needed.Experience in small batch, mixed production environments.Perform welding and cutting as neededFabricate and modify equipment, guards, and fixtures as neededPartner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations on equipment improvementsSupport equipment installations, startups, and modificationsDocument work in CMMS (maintenance management system)Assist with continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiativesWhat do you bring?Positive, can-do attitudeAbility to design and machine end to endExperience with manual and CNCExperience with welding and general fabricationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAre you Interested?Stop your job search and apply today!
