Job Description: IT Coordinator

Position Summary

The IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's business systems and technology infrastructure. This role will play a key part in coordinating enterprise application projects, with a primary focus on upgrading JD Edwards World to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, while supporting Salesforce CRM, webstore platforms, and the integration between business applications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support the migration from JD Edwards World to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, working with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Assist in project planning, system configuration, testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business departments, IT vendors, consultants, and software providers throughout ERP initiatives.
• Maintain and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne after implementation, including troubleshooting, user administration, security, and system enhancements.
• Administer and support Salesforce CRM, including user management, reporting, workflows, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Support the company's webstore/eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate system integrations between ERP, CRM, webstore, shipping, inventory, and financial applications.
• Document business processes, system configurations, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
• Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and master data management activities.
• Coordinate software updates, system patches, testing, and change management activities.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing technical support for ERP, CRM, and related business systems.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.
• Work with vendors to resolve technical issues and manage support cases.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data governance requirements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience participating in or coordinating a JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne upgrade or migration project.
• Experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale environment.
• Experience administering or supporting Salesforce CRM.
• Experience supporting webstore or eCommerce platforms and their integration with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, data migration, testing, and user training.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred
• Experience with EDI, inventory management, purchasing, manufacturing, finance, or distribution modules within JD Edwards.
• Experience with API integrations, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, or business intelligence tools.
• ERP or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
