About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Supply Chain to play a pivotal role in the translation of customer demand, commercial priorities, and growth objectives into effective supply chain strategies and operating plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading processes that enhance customer service, reduce costs, and support scalable growth. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, providing visibility to critical decisions and leading initiatives to improve gross margin, EBITDA, and cash flow. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of batch manufacturing and finished-goods packaging environments, particularly in the beauty and personal care sector, and a proven track record in S&OP, S&OE, demand and supply planning, procurement, and inventory management. Applicants for the VP of Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10-15 years of experience in supply chain and operations leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in multi-site manufacturing, experience in FDA-regulated environments, and a history of driving organizational change and talent development. The VP will be expected to partner with various functions, including commercial, R&D, quality, and finance, and must possess advanced analytical, digital, ERP, and data-management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing customer service requirements with inventory and working-capital objectives, and will have a proven ability to lead cost-reduction and productivity programs across the supply chain.
