Tech support for parents with various issues related to online registration, enrollment and parent self-serve via Parent Help Desk Assist with archive scanning and reconciliation of historical records in Laserfiche Fulfill campus request for historical student records Assist with maintaining physical and digital records in accordance with district policy Perform all other duties as assigned Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED Experience: Two years student registration/enrollment experience; campus or district level; preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: Advanced clerical, telephone and computer skills Proficiency in Word and Excel Proficiency in Google Doc and Spreadsheets Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skill Maintain confidentiality of student and employee information at all times Working Conditions: Mental Demands Ability to work with frequent interruptions Ability to maintain emotional control under stress Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written Detail focused Physical Demands Repetitive hand motions Prolonged use of computer
