Prior management experience required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and Holidays. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organization and leadership skills. Dependable and reliable. Must be able to work weekends and Holidays. Reliable means of transportation. 50 hours work week minimum. Must be able to work well under pressure. Must be friendly and outgoing. Must work well with others and show respect to co-workers. Must take pride in the work that you do. Must have strong work ethic.
