AFM Summer Internship Program 2026 — Now Open (NYC) We’re excited to launch the AFM Summer Internship Program and are looking for passionate students to join our team this summer in New York City. AFM is a TikTok Shop partner agency specializing in livestream commerce, influencer marketing, and creator-led brand growth. This internship program is designed for students who want hands‑on experience in the creator economy and live commerce industry. Internship Areas We are opening 2–3 internship spots per department: Influencer / Creator Relations TikTok Live & Livestream Operations TikTok GO Project Team Event & Creator Activations HR & Talent Operations Admin & Office Operations Influencer / Creator Relations Identify and proactively reach out to potential TikTok creators across key verticals (beauty, lifestyle, tech, home, etc.) Build and maintain a scalable creator pipeline aligned with AFM’s brand and livestream strategy Conduct onboarding calls and introduce creators to AFM’s collaboration model, commission structure, and workflow Monitor creator performance (GMV, conversion rate, engagement metrics) and propose optimization strategies TikTok Live & Livestream Operations Manage livestream backend operations during sessions Monitor real‑time performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, traffic) Adjust pricing, promotions, and product sequencing during live sessions Collaborate with host and assistant to optimize livestream flow Analyze post‑live data and provide optimization insights Plan livestream strategy including product selection and timing Stay updated on TikTok algorithm and livestream trends TikTok GO Project Team Assist the team in coordinating TikTok influencers participating in the TikTok Go program Support creator check‑ins at hotels and experience locations across NYC Work with the mentor and team to help facilitate short‑form video production Help ensure creators complete required content deliverables Provide on‑site support during creator activations and events Assist with basic project coordination and communication with creators Event & Creator Activations Coordinate with influencers (KOLs/creators) for event participation and on‑site support Support event logistics including venue setup, check‑in, run‑of‑show execution Work closely with internal teams (TikTok Live / Creator / Marketing) Help manage event guest lists, RSVPs, and communication Be on‑site during events to ensure smooth operations Assist in capturing content (short videos / behind‑the‑scenes moments) HR & Admin Operations Support end‑to‑end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Assist with candidate communication and scheduling Help maintain and update internal HR systems (employee records, onboarding tracker) Support onboarding & offboarding processes Assist in building HR SOPs, templates, and internal documentation Support day‑to‑day HR & admin operations Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week Eligibility: Current college students or recent graduates Language: Bilingual in English & Chinese Internship Period: May 25th — August 25th What You’ll Get Work from our Midtown Manhattan office in a premium commercial building Hands‑on experience working with creators and brands on TikTok Access to large‑scale brand activations and industry events in NYC Exposure to a strong network of creators, founders, and industry professionals Opportunities to visit the TikTok headquarters and learn from industry insiders Unique opportunities to explore and check‑in at NYC hotels while supporting creator content shoots School credit available Potential full‑time opportunities for top performers / TikTok Referral This is an unpaid internship designed as a training program for students interested in marketing, the creator economy, and digital commerce.
