Responsibilities

Cultivate and grow a robust client base by proactively identifying new opportunities for coverage.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is protected by a policy that actually meets their specific lifestyle.

Navigate a variety of insurance carriers to find the best possible coverage and value for our policyholders.

Provide clear, helpful guidance during claims processes to ensure our clients feel supported when they need it most.

Attend local community events and networking opportunities to represent the Trophy Insurance brand in Weatherford.

Regularly review expiring policies to offer updates or adjustments that account for changes in the client's circumstances.

Requirements

Valid Texas Property Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of managing an independent book of business or successful sales experience.

Deep familiarity with the local Weatherford insurance market and community dynamics.

Strong comfort level with quoting software and industry-standard agency management systems.

Demonstrated ability to maintain high retention rates through consistent client communication.

Self-driven personality with the discipline to manage a daily schedule effectively.
