Regional Director of Operations

Location: Based in Nashville, TN | Full-time, Exempt We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Director of Operations to lead a group of orthodontic practices across our TN Market. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with doctors and practice leaders to drive growth, improve performance, and deliver outstanding patient care. You’ll be responsible for operational excellence, regional P&L, and team development—while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and fun.
