Schedule

This position requires a rotation schedule of 12-hour shifts: 3P-3A / 7P-7A, with 36 hours per week. Candidates must work one weekend shift per contracted week or two weekend shifts every other weekend, as well as at least one holiday per contract.

Job Description

Join a large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 80 treatment spaces in a modern environment. The team is experienced, collaborative, and supportive, with strong leadership focused on high-quality patient care, including specialized geriatric emergency care as the area's first ACEP accredited geriatric ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions effectively.
• Implement evidence-based practices in geriatric emergency care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years recent nursing experience required.
• Active New York RN license.
• Current certifications in NIH and AHA BLS.
• 2 years of U.S. work history required for non-U.S. candidates.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
