Client Services Associate

Mindoro Capital Partners is an independent, privately held investment firm serving a community of prominent individuals, families, and institutions. Our firm is growing rapidly and we have an exciting opportunity to be part of the innovative, fast-paced, and collegial Client Advisory team located in Boston. We’re seeking a Client Service Associate, interested in elevating their impact, to partner with our lead advisors to deliver comprehensive financial services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals & their families. In this role, you will act as the operational hub for day-to-day client support, portfolio management, and family office services. Key responsibilities: Trusted point of contact who manages all operational activity, leads client onboarding for new relationships, and prepares portfolio reviews Build asset allocation models, portfolio rebalancing strategies and scenario analyses Actively participate in client meetings and drive discussions around the portfolio Assist advisors with estate & tax planning, cash flow modeling, insurance reviews and philanthropy Act as the liaison between clients and their CPAs/attorneys to ensure a cohesive service delivery Generate accurate investment reports in coordination with client team members Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics or related field or demonstrated experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients Ideally fives years of relevant wealth management experience (multi-family office or PWM experience at a bank) Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics simply to clients Proactive thinking, intellectual curiosity and collaborative mindset High integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information Why apply for this role!
