Newport Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the Clinical Operations Manager to ensure smooth, day-to-day program operations. You will be a central partner to clinical and operations teams, helping create a safe, responsive, and healing environment where staff thrive and patients feel supported. The role includes hiring, training, scheduling, supervising direct care staff, coordinating admissions, managing daily scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring staff, #J-18808-Ljbffr
