As a Barista at Uncle Mike's, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. You'll create a welcoming environment for our customers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. This job can be full time or part time.

- Creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products.
- Follow procedures for maintaining proper food safety standards
- Create a welcoming environment to all guests by welcoming them & connecting with them through conversation.
- Create specialty coffee, espresso and matcha beverages following recipes and/or customer specifications
- Welcome questions from guests and seek opportunities to educate on our products
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
