Inside Sales ManagerThe Inside Sales Manager oversees and supports our Inside Sales Team. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it is essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesIncluded but not limited to:Managing the Inside Sales TeamSetting and tracking sales target for your teamSuggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration processCoordinate department projects to meet deadlinesReport on sales metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsUse customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or productsResearch and discover methods to increase customer engagementEnsure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are metBuild an open-communication environment for your teamLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase salesTrack attendance and punctuality of Inside Sales TeamRequirementsProven work experience as an Inside sales managerHands on experience with CRM software and MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of the sales administration processExcellent interpersonal and team management skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsNumerical abilities and problem-solving attitudeBSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
