Responsibilities Act as the primary advisor for business clients, building and maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships. Assess and attend to clients’ banking needs, gathering and processing client and account information. Educate clients on available deposit and loan products, and recommend financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals. Deliver financial expertise and client‑centric solutions that foster long‑term partnerships. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3–4 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong relationship management and business development abilities. Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure. Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting. Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis. Some knowledge of bank products and services that supports effective cross‑selling. Ability to collaborate across the organization to manage customer relationships. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse business types, industries, markets, and economic concepts. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $80,280 – $98,120 per year.
