What You Will Do

• Provide holistic care: Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, outpatient, and swing-bed settings.

• Design custom plans: Create individualized treatment programs focusing on functional independence and quality of life.

• Collaborate closely: Work hand-in-hand with a small, supportive team of physicians, nurses, and physical therapists.

• Educate families: Guide caregivers and family members on home modifications and continuity of care.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding a valid Michigan OT license.

• Certification: NBCOT certification and current BLS certification required.
