Social Media Customer Relationship Specialist

Location: Remote (Hybrid Training in Warren, MI)

Pay: $19/hr + $2/hr Shift Premium for 2nd Shift ( Up to $21/hr )

Are you passionate about social media, customer service, and helping people solve problems? We're looking for a Social Media Customer Relationship Specialist to engage with customers across some of the world's most popular social platforms while providing a best-in-class customer experience.

In this role, you'll interact with customers through channels such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Google Play, the App Store, and other social media platforms , helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and support vehicle-related inquiries. What You'll Do

✅ Respond to customer comments, questions, and concerns across social media channels

✅ Provide support for vehicle-related inquiries, dealership assistance, product information, and account concerns

✅ Create, manage, and follow up on customer cases requiring additional support

✅ Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

✅ Manage an active caseload while meeting quality and operational performance metrics

✅ Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on available products and services

✅ Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional, empathetic communication

✅ Utilize multiple tools and platforms to efficiently manage concurrent customer interactions

✅ Participate in training programs and ongoing learning opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills

✅ Contribute ideas that improve processes, customer satisfaction, and overall service excellence

Schedule Details

Operations run 7 days per week between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST

• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
• Must have open availability
• Shifts are assigned and remain consistent for 3-month periods
• Opportunity to bid on new shifts every 3 months
• You'll always receive 2 consecutive days off each week
• Must be willing to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
