We are seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our team in Altoona, PA. As a Physical Therapist at Maybrook, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence. Your expertise will enable you to design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to address patients' physical impairments and limitations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' conditions and identify treatment goals
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address patients' physical impairments and limitations
• Provide direct patient care, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree/Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)

• Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License (Required)

• Minimum 0 years of experience in Physical Therapy
