Join our team as a Flex Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you'll play an essential role in supporting patients throughout their outpatient procedure experience. In this fast-paced environment, you'll help maintain efficient patient flow, provide direct clinical support, and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and patient-centered care experience.This high-volume procedural setting cares for approximately 20 patients each day and offers the opportunity to build a diverse clinical skill set while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to outstanding patient care.ScheduleVariable days, Monday–Thursday8-hour shiftsStart time of 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.Flex positionNo weekends or holidaysWhat You Can ExpectAs a CNA, you will provide both clinical and operational support to ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their visit. Responsibilities include:Performing patient intake, including pregnancy testing, laboratory specimen collection, and documentation of essential patient informationPreparing and supporting patients before, during, and after procedures while providing compassionate, patient-centered careAssisting with airway management within scope of practicePerforming bladder scans as directed within scope of practiceCleaning and preparing patient rooms between cases, ensuring proper sanitization and readiness for the next patientMaintaining a well-stocked, organized, and safe clinical environmentCollaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experienceEducation & ExperienceRequiredCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Nurse Apprentice LetterCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red CrossWhat's In It For YouAt St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
