About the Organization Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis. We manage more than 40 vascular access centers, supporting physician practices with financial and outcomes reporting, staffing, training, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and insurance billing services. Our network is accredited by the Joint Commission. Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for immediate placement in our vascular access center in Ypsilanti, MI. This part‑time role involves gathering pre‑treatment patient data, monitoring patients and medications during procedures, maintaining prescription drug logs, and assisting the clinical team during pre and post‑procedure activities. Responsibilities Provide ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during procedures, including cardiac monitoring, Aldrete score, pain status. Monitor patient vitals (HR, BP, O2Sat, EKG) during procedures. Assist in recovery room patient care following vascular access procedures. Gather patient clinical information prior to procedures, including assessments and history. Maintain up‑to‑date narcotic drug log and clear, accurate medical records. Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post‑care as directed by center manager. Participate in access center community education programs and other community education activities. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies. Assist in scheduling patients for access procedures and facilitate patient transport within the center. Qualifications Registered Nurse with 2 years’ experience in dialysis, critical care, medical/surgical or ambulatory surgery. Current RN license in state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook. Works cooperatively, supports others, displays patience and compassion in patient interactions. Preferred Experience Experience in general diagnostic, special procedures, cardiac catheterization; IR and Cath Lab experience is a plus. Scrub experience.
