Machine Learning Engineer, GenAI/ML VP

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 7+ years of strong proficiency in Python or Java, with the ability to architect and build complex AI models from scratch.
• We need 2 years of experience in generative AI development and prompt engineering.
• We need proven experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for AI initiatives.
• We need 5+ years of strong experience with React or Angular.
• We need 2+ years of AWS experience.
• We need familiarity with agile practices such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security as applied to AI projects.
• We need experience with LLMs and agentic tools.
• Preferred: experience with AI model optimization and performance tuning for efficient, scalable solutions.
• Preferred: familiarity with data engineering practices that support AI model training and deployment.
• Preferred: strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Preferred: experience with AI/ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.

• We lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions aligned to business objectives and technical needs.
• We contribute deep generative AI expertise by developing POCs and assessing new approaches to strengthen AI capabilities.
• We architect and build complex AI models from scratch using strong Java or Python skills, delivering secure, high-quality production code.
• We use React or Angular to build intuitive user interfaces for AI applications and perform thorough code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• We apply AWS experience to implement best practices for AI integration, with attention to quality, security, and efficiency.
• We identify and automate processes to improve the operational stability of generative AI applications and systems.
• We participate in communities of practice to encourage awareness and adoption of emerging generative AI technologies and support continuous innovation.
