Position Overview

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high‑quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company while advancing your own career.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (turning, milling, multi‑axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
• Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well‑maintained.
• Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.

Critical Competencies for Success

• Ability to perform minor tool offsets and load materials into CNC machines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and identify process improvements.
• Ability to maintain equipment and keep machines running at optimal efficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator or relevant experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot processes.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work on‑site in Newbury, Ohio.

Shift Details

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overtime may be available depending on production demands.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location.
