We create a safe and healthy space for everyone, and we encourage you to take care of yourself, each other, and the environment Your job purpose : Reporting to the US Logistics Manager, the Shipping and Receiving Operator is the heartbeat of our operation! You’ll be responsible for executing all warehouse activities related to receiving, handling, and shipping goods with accuracy, efficiency, and care. This role ensures that all products moving in and out of the facility are properly handled, documented, and prepared according to company standards. How you will make an impact: Stage outgoing orders accurately and efficiently according to instructions; Receive, inspect, store, and document incoming goods, reporting any damages or discrepancies; Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments; Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (once certified); Verify package integrity, all Hart Print and carrier documentation, and order accuracy prior to shipment and upon receipt: Assist with cycle counts, inventory organization, and stock management; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and reporting hazards; Follow established SOPs and warehouse processes consistently; Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Knowledge and skills required 1–3+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations; Forklift experience (experience with different forklift models is a plus!); Ability to follow SOPs accurately, maintain high attention to detail; Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling; Reliability and strong work ethic; Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment; Team-oriented mindset; Organized, methodical, and eager to learn; At ease with technology and communication; You’ll love working with us: It starts with the amazing people you will get to work with everyday.
