Boater's World Marine Centers is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Marine Sales Consultant to join our team in beautiful Islamorada, FL.

Located in one of the boating capitals of the world, our Islamorada dealership offers the opportunity to work with premium boats, passionate customers, and a lifestyle unlike anywhere else. We're looking for professionals who are self-motivated, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding results while representing one of the most respected marine dealerships in the Florida Keys.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial conversation through boat delivery
• Build lasting relationships by understanding each customer's boating needs and lifestyle
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on boats, motors, trailers, and available accessories
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience

• Assist walk-in, phone, internet, and referral customers throughout the sales process
• Conduct boat demonstrations, walkarounds, and on-water sea trials when appropriate
• Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Utilize CRM and dealership systems to document customer activity and opportunities
• Prepare purchase agreements, quotations, and required sales documentation
• Participate in dealership events, customer appreciation activities, and community outreach
• Work toward achieving and exceeding individual and dealership sales goals

• Continuously develop product knowledge across boats, motors, and marine accessories
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry trends
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and dealership growth

• Previous sales experience required (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, luxury retail, or commission-based sales preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, dealership software, and Microsoft Office
• Passion for boating and the marine lifestyle preferred
• Ability to work Saturdays and maintain a customer-focused schedule
• Local Florida Keys candidates are strongly preferred
