ChicBlue Insurance Agency LLC dba Shannon Kuhn Insurance in Covington, Louisiana, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team Full-Time as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service. We are a busy insurance office and you will be our amazing clients first point of contact. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you will be the perfect fit for this role.

Responsibilities
Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Answer incoming calls
Take payments from customers.
Verify and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
Louisiana Property & Casualty or Personal Lines licensed is required.
A minimum of 1 year experience required.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
