Job Details Summary of Responsibilities Manage industrial construction projects from planning through final completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

Lead communication with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project execution.

Monitor project costs and profitability while identifying risks and opportunities.

Coordinate design reviews, constructability evaluations, and value engineering efforts.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.

Maintain strong client relationships and support future business opportunities.

Desired Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.

Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, processing, energy, or large-scale commercial projects.

Proven ability to lead projects independently from preconstruction through closeout.

Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and trade partners.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Design-build experience is a plus.
