Position Overview The Residential Sales Representative is a field-based role focused on generating new business and working directly with homeowners. This position involves door-to-door outreach, in-person consultations, closing sales on site, and participating in local events and community marketing efforts. Compensation Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. A gas stipend is provided, along with ongoing coaching and support from leadership. Expected annual earnings range between $60,000 and $100,000. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of services. Training & Development New hires complete a one-week intensive training program combined with field experience, learning the company’s sales process, pricing structure, objection handling, and real sales interactions.
