Requirements & Qualification * Direct support experience in a caregiver or similar role is preferred. * Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients' needs. * Proficient in medication reminder and adherence to prescribed schedules. * Ability to provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory impairments. * Strong understanding of ADLs and the ability to assist clients accordingly. * First aid certification is highly desirable. * Available weekends Cambridge Caregivers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
