Based in Thomasville, NC , we serve clients across numerous states, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and Maryland. Now, we're hiring a Traveling Stormwater Compliance Tech to join us full-time and help maintain our clients' stormwater infrastructure!

• Competitive starting pay of $20.00+ per hour based on experience/qualifications

WHAT THE DAILY DUTIES LOOK LIKE

Get ready for a role that keeps you moving around and completing all kinds of hands-on work alongside a driven and supportive team! During your 7 days on, you'll travel to assigned job locations to maintain and repair clients' stormwater infrastructure. You'll safely operate mowers, weed-eaters, and other equipment to properly maintain features like retention ponds and drainage ditches. Following all safety protocols and company standards, you'll coordinate with your team to get the job done correctly and efficiently. You'll also be responsible for driving company trucks, towing trailers (16 to 24 ft.), and completing additional duties as needed. Once you're done, you'll have 7 days off to relax!

OUR IDEAL TRAVELING STORMWATER COMPLIANCE TECH

• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout our service area (Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North & South Carolina)
• Ability to work a 7-day-on, 7-day-off schedule and work outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to work 75 - 80 hours per week during peak season and 65 - 75 hours per week during the off-season ( you'll get paid for 80 hours no matter what!)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work efficiently with a team
• Solid work ethic and self-motivation to achieve great results
