About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Experience and Engagement to lead a transformative enterprise-wide initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and owning a comprehensive customer experience strategy that is in line with business goals and sets the company apart in the market. This role involves establishing a shared vision and framework for customer experience that is consistent across various business units, while also being sensitive to market-specific contexts. The VP will serve as a champion for the customer perspective in all aspects of the business, from planning to product development, and will lead a cross-functional governance structure to ensure the continuous improvement of customer journeys. Key requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years' experience in customer experience, health engagement, marketing, or related disciplines, and a proven track record of leadership at a senior level. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CX/MX methodology, including journey mapping and human-centered design, and a strong command of CX/MX technology and data platforms. They should be adept at influencing at the executive level and driving change across complex organizational structures. A genuine motivation to improve the lives of the members served, as well as a team-building approach that fosters collaboration and alignment, are essential. Experience in health insurance, managed care, or related fields, and familiarity with health engagement metrics, are preferred.
