Job Description Job Description Job Summary We a re seeking a Labeling Coordinator to support and drive the implementation of label and Instructions for Use (IFU) updates for In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products. This role ensures timely and compliant execution of labeling activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in the US and Denmark. The position is part of the Labeling & Packaging Material team, which includes 10 employees in Denmark and 1 in the US. Key Responsibilities C oordinate implementation activities related to label and IFU updates with teams in Carpinteria (US) and Glostrup (Denmark). Act as a key point of contact across multiple functions, including project managers, subject matter experts, production, procurement, and external partners. Manage relationships with external suppliers such as translation vendors and IFU print providers. Update Raw Material Specifications (RMSs) related to IFUs. Ensure project deliverables are completed in alignment with agreed project plans and timelines. Register work time for cross-charging in Client time-keeping system. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1– 3 years of experience in document control, quality assurance, or regulated environments. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and cultures. Reliable, structured, and adaptable work approach with consistent ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications E xperience with Agile or product lifecycle/document management systems.
