Product Manager

Canal Toys | Westborough, MA (Full-time, On-site/Hybrid) Help bring innovative toys to market! We're growing our Product Development team and looking for a Product Manager who thrives on organization, collaboration, creativity, trends and turning ideas into successful products. Working closely with our U.S., France, and Asian teams, you'll help manage products from concept through launch while supporting research, product planning, commercial readiness, product analysis, and cross‑functional communication. What You’ll Do: Manage the product lifecycle from concept through retail launch Coordinate project milestones, identify risks or information gaps, improve speed to market and product data quality Organize and prepare product line lists, product specifications, and commercial information Support seasonal line planning and sales support materials Conduct trend and market research for competitive analysis, ideation, and presentations Analyze product performance, sales insights, and category opportunities Assist teams to implement our next‑generation ERP system Manage product samples and support product launches Create project briefs, specifications and presentation materials Qualifications: 3–5 years in Product Management or Brand Management experience Consumer products experience (toy industry preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Experience using AI‑powered productivity tools to improve research, data analysis, and workflow efficiency Excellent communication and project coordination skills Passion for consumer products, innovation, and continuous improvement Experience working with testing & compliance team to ensure products are safe, labeled properly and meet all requirements Strong eye for emerging trends across social media, retail packaging, and consumer products At Canal Toys, you’ll work on products sold around the world, collaborate with international teams, and help shape the future of our fast‑growing organization and product lines.
