Thanks to a strong reputation, long-standing referral relationships, and steady community demand, clinicians can focus on what they do best: providing excellent care.

This is a full-time or part-time 1099 opportunity offering schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, and a consistent stream of referrals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed master's level therapists in Ohio, including LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, IMFT, Psychologists (PhD or PsyD),
• Therapists who value both autonomy and collaboration
• Professionals committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care

Compensation & Structure

• 1099 independent contractor position with 60% split to the clinician
• Typical full-time clinicians maintain 20-25 sessions weekly, with opportunities for additional sessions if desired
• Flexible scheduling and significant autonomy over your practice
