Senior FP&A Analyst A very stable, bricks and mortar company is seeking to hire an experienced Financial Planning & Accounting Analyst to its talented staff due to growth. Experience 5 or more years of professional experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting/forecasting. Technical Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), financial modeling, and data analysis. Proficiency with SQL and Oracle ERP/EPM systems is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and prior experience in public accounting. Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior management (written, verbal, and presentations). Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights. Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities Conducting financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Developing and maintaining financial models. Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights. Preparing financial statements and reports. Communicating financial information to stakeholders.
