Job Description Job Title: Grants Accountant Location: 3840 Hulen St., Fort Worth, TX (In-person) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours) Dress Code: Business Casual About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Grants Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis with potential for permanent placement. This in-person position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic environment. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 3-5 months as a contractor. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of grant accounting, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Ensure accurate tracking of grant funds and expenditures in accordance with governmental and organizational policies. Collaborate with program teams to facilitate smooth grant administration processes. Prepare and review financial documentation for audits and reporting requirements. Maintain detailed records of grant activities and deliverables. Assist with financial analysis related to grants to support decision-making and financial planning. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a focus on grant management. Specialized Skills: Prior grant experience is required; familiarity with government or non-profit accounting systems is preferred. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of advanced computer systems and software relevant to accounting and grant management. (Preferred) Master’s Degree plus one year of relevant experience.
