Roosevelt School District 66 CNS Assistant is a member of the school cafeteria staff, under the supervision of the cafeteria manager. The role involves preparing and serving high quality foods with attention to appearance and taste, while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen and dining area.
