Data Entry Support (remote US only)

I am a business owner seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to work with me on a long-term basis. This is a direct, one-on-one role — not a recruiting or agency position.

The ideal candidate will assist with organizing, updating, and maintaining accurate records while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and spreadsheets

• Review data for accuracy and completeness

• Organize digital files and records efficiently

• Perform basic administrative support tasks as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Communicate progress and report discrepancies when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Basic computer and internet proficiency

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry systems is a plus

• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required
