You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about services, policies, and offerings Assist customers with requests, updates, and general support Maintain organized records of customer interactions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills (email, messaging platforms, data entry) Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work independently in a remote setting Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Training & Onboarding We provide access to a structured onboarding and training program designed to help you succeed in the role.
