Manufacturing Functional Technician III
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization dedicated to innovation and quality, is seeking a Manufacturing Functional Technician III to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Functional Technician III, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting, assembly, and process improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization's values of quality, safety, and teamwork.

Pay Range: $18
What's the Job?
- Perform troubleshooting activities for manufacturing products, utilizing data and observations to identify root causes and debug issues.
- Conduct hardware inspections, document findings, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and wiring with precision and traceability.
- Provide valuable feedback to engineering teams on tooling, debugging processes, and test setups to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documenting process improvements and changes to support continuous improvement efforts.

- Experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proactive, independent work ethic with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in installation, fault finding, and repairs.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with team members and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and documentation in English.
